Need help moving? In the first instance you should speak to your landlord, they will have their own schemes to help their tenants downsize, transfer homes, mutual exchange and grant funding so that your home can be adapted to meet your needs.

If you have a problem with a repair or the state of your property, you should always contact your landlord first to try and resolve the problem.
