Due to operational and logistical pressures the number of properties available to bid on has temporarily declined. However, we are working hard with our Contractor Partners to ensure that we get an increase in properties available to bid on as soon as possible and are monitoring this on a weekly basis. If you have been made an offer of a property, please be advised that we will contact you directly once the address has been returned to us and arrange a viewing. Due to the demand on services, you may be under offer for a longer period than expected. Please be advised that the situation is being kept under review and you will be contacted directly when the team has an update. The Council apologises for any inconvenience caused. Information Update

Please note, effective from Monday 18 July 2022, applications for housing can be made through the online portal at: Tamworth Borough Council

When your application has been submitted, you will be advised to follow a link to upload all the supporting information we need to assess your housing need. Please ensure you have all information to hand otherwise you will not be able to complete the process.
